Access to the NDLSF Learning Management System is a role-based with two primary levels of authentication. The first level is an anonymous login that allows users to do simple searches of the LMS for courses by title, location and date as well as other front page information. This level of access is generally considered public access. The second level of access is considered authenticated and represents access to the LMS according to the individual's access level. Authenticated users have created a username and password within the LMS and are granted access as a student, instructor, course coordinator, or an administrator. Access as a student will be granted automatically once the username and password has been authenticated by the LMS. Additional access rights can only be granted by the system administrator. If you require a higher level of access in the LMS please send a support ticket that will identify your role in a sponsoring agency and who has approval authority within that agency. Be sure to include their name, email address and telephone number for verification.
